Returns and Refunds
If your item is faulty or if you would like to return hardware under our 14 day money back guarantee please get in touch with us by visiting our contact us page and letting us know which items you'd like to return.
You will then be provided with a Returns Authorisation Number to be sent with your returned items(s).
Our retractable barriers and ropes and posts have been carefully tested to meet the demands of the market place. We want you to delighted with our products so if for any reason you are not happy please contact us using the link above.
We will then replace the goods or refund the product price in full providing:
1. Before returning products, please complete the Return a product here section or contact us for a returns authorisation number. This should then be clearly written on the packaging being returned.
2. The goods should be unused, unassembled and in its' original packaging.
3. The goods must be returned to us in good condition within 7 days (5 working days) of date it was delivered to you.
4. We strongly advise you to return goods via a fully insured courier or special delivery so that you have proof of delivery.
